Duties for the Car Sales Executive role:
- Effectively sell new and used vehicles, including electric and specialist models, aligned with the vehicle lineup
- Promote add-ons, accessories, finance, and insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the delivery process, providing updates and managing expectations
- Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently
- Collect payments and ensure all financial documentation is accurately completed
- Explain warranties, after-sales services, and vehicle features
- Introduce customers to the Service Department and support post-sale relationships
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the brands and products to build customer confidence
- Work independently to maximise every sales opportunity
Requirements for the Car Sales Executive position:
- Proven success in new or used car sales, ideally within a franchise dealer environment (not essential but advantageous)
- Strong customer service and sales skills with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving license with minimal points
- Enthusiasm for cars and a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer experiences
