Summary
We are looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join the team at a busy venue, a well-regarded countryside pub known for its high-quality, seasonal food and welcoming atmosphere.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who takes pride in delivering consistently high standards and enjoys working as part of a close-knit, professional kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Running and maintaining your section to a high standard
-Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes with attention to detail
-Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
-Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are always met
-Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu execution
What We’re Looking For:
-Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
-A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food
-Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
-A positive attitude and team-focused approach
-Reliability and punctuality
Important:
Due to our rural location, you must be able to drive and have access to your own transport.
