A reputable leading Tier 1 Contractor based in Berkshire, are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to join their business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with a fantastic pipeline of future works covering their Thames Valley region.
About the role of Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor
Typically, these projects include a mix across various sectors including housing, leisure, education & healthcare typically valuing between £10M - £80M.
Responsibilities for Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor
- Support and advise both sites and management with correct protocol and policies whilst driving a proactive approach to Health, Safety & Environmental.
- In line with company protocol correctly log and record all reports and risk assessments.
- Proactively represent the business from a HSE standpoint throughout the business, with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements for Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor
- Previous experience working for a similar contractor on comparable value schemes is advantages.
- Relevant NEBOSH qualifications and Environmental qualifications is desired.
- A strong understanding of relevant HSE policies, procedures, and legislation within the construction industry
