We’re looking for a Branch Apprentice Administrator to join our team at George Lines Heathrow. This is a brilliant opportunity to
gain hands-on experience while completing your Level 2 Trade Supplier apprenticeship, with a strong focus on the administrative
and operational side of the branch.




You’ll be at the heart of the business — supporting customers, colleagues and the Branch Manager while learning how everything
fits together.





RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Branch Apprentice Administrator, you'll get involved in a wide range of tasks, including:




* Supporting the trade counter with face-to-face customer service
* Assisting with raising quotes, processing orders and handling enquiries
* Managing incoming calls and helping customers with requests
* Supporting goods in/out and booking in stock
* Carrying out key admin tasks including filing, scanning and document management
* Assisting with invoicing, returns, pricing and general branch correspondence
* Liaising with credit control to help set up new customer accounts
* Responding to requests for PODs and copy invoices
* Supporting daily reconciliation of counter sales and petty cash processes
* Working closely with the Branch Manager on administrative tasks
* Shadowing different team members to understand how the branch operates

Hours: 8am-4pm Mon-Fri

Holiday: 23 days per year plus Bank Holidays

REQUIREMENTS:

* Someone hardworking, reliable and eager to learn

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
