• Contacting families for feedback after assessments

• Reaching out to families who may have been waiting longer than expected

• Providing practical support to clinical colleagues to help them focus on direct care

If you’re compassionate, motivated and eager to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

• Liaising with referrers when additional information is needed to support safe and appropriate decision‑making.

• Building positive working relationships with wider services, including voluntary organisations and local authority teams.

• Working closely with clinical and administrative colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive journey for service users.

• Reaching out to families who may have been waiting longer than expected, offering information, reassurance and signposting where appropriate.
