Summary
This is a self-employed position. It is run as a franchisee; they rent the kitchen along with all the equipment from us. The minimum we would ask for is a Sunday lunch, a Tuesday lunchtime meal something like hotpot, lasagne, jacket potatoes as well as sandwiches always available from the self-service cabinet. The days/range should increase as they build the business. We provide the equipment, kitchen, utilities, customers and the marketing. Other ideas that have worked in the past Saturday morning breakfast/bacon sandwiches, themed evening like a French food night. Opportunity to provide basket meals on our event nights. Some financial support is available to kick start the franchise. The rent is £400 per calendar month, some financial support available to kick start. You will need to employ your own staff, order your own stock, register with the council and HMRC as well as have appropriate insurance.
