Package Description: Agincare is experiencing rapid growth, and with that comes exciting opportunities to strengthen our support teams.Were now looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Assistant to join our busy finance department and help deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll services.About the Role Reporting directly to the Bids & Contracts Manager, youll be responsible forproviding vital support to the Bid and Contracts Team, ensuring smooth operations through efficient administration of contracts, data, and reporting. You would be responsible for coordinating contractual documentation, maintaining records, preparing reports. They will also support in completing various tasks to support the timely submission of bids This is a great opportunity for someone at entry level whos looking to change careers and grow their skills in asupportive and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities To ensure the timely creation and maintenance of various Commercial files To maintain/update various data spreadsheets and online databases To provide general administrative support for the Bid and Contracts Team To coordinate any amendments, renewals, and extensions of existing contracts, working with the Contracts Manager to ensure that changes are properly reviewed, documented and communicated to relevant parties. To provide cross cover support for monitoring of online tender portals, bid inboxes and related tasks. What Were Looking For Were seeking someone with: Previous experience in similar role Proven ability to follow a schedule of work accurately An understanding of the health and social care sector (desirable but not essential) Strong Excel skills and confidence with IT systems A flexible, can-do attitude and ability to adapt to changing demands The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team If youre reliable, detail-focused, and ready to grow with us wed love to hear from you.
