About the Role

As a Children and young adults support worker, you will provide person-centred care to Children and Young Adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas helping them regain independence in their own homes and in the community.

Your duties include:

Personal care
Meal preparation and basic cooking
Light household tasks
Social visits- such as attending college, day centres, shopping etc.
Companionship and emotional support
No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

· Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are required.

· Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.

· Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends

· Good English communication skills
