Summary

Job Title: Community Care Assistant (Bank & Part-Time)
Location: Bristol (BS6) and North Somerset (BS39, BS40)
Pay: £13.50 – £15.50 per hour + Mileage & Travel Pay

Are you looking for extra hours that fit around your current schedule?

Premier24Care is seeking reliable Male and Female Care Assistants to support our growing list of CHS (Continuing Healthcare) clients. Because our care packages are often requested on an as-needed basis, this role is perfect for someone looking for flexible, sporadic, or part-time work. Once you are accepted to the role it may lead to permanent work depending on your skills, preferences and commitment.

Current Vacancy Example:

BS6 Area: Male client, requires support Monday/Wednesday/Friday (11am – 12pm).

BS39 & BS40 Areas: Various shifts supporting rural clients with domestic duties, dressing, and companionship.

What we offer:

Flexible "Bank" Hours: Work when we have the packages available.

Competitive Hourly Rates: High rates to reflect the specialized nature of CHS care.

Local Impact: Help clients in Bristol and the Chew Valley stay independent.

What we need:

Reliability: Since these hours are sporadic, we need staff we can trust to say "Yes" when a shift becomes available.

Independence: Ideally, you are a driver with your own transport (essential for BS39/BS40).

Compassion: Experience with CHS or complex care is a plus.

To Apply: Send your CV to admin@premier24care.co.uk or call 07402839690.
