Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking an exceptional senior leader to join our Finance Directorate as Head of Financial Systems, leading a multi-Trust Oracle Financial Systems consortium.
This is a strategic leadership role with full accountability for system integrity, data governance, reporting excellence and service performance across a complex NHS environment.

You will:
• Lead and develop the Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2.14+) platform.
• Ensure financial system integrity, audit compliance and data quality.
• Oversee Qlik/BI/XML reporting for Divisional and Board-level decision-making.
• Manage system interfaces, disaster recovery and infrastructure.
• Lead supplier relationships and SLAs
• Hold full budget responsibility (~£2.5m)
• Drive continuous service improvement.
• Lead and develop a specialist system team
We are looking for a technically credible and strategically focused leader with:
• Extensive Oracle Financials expertise
• Strong financial reporting and BI capability
• Proven delivery of large-scale system upgrades or transformation
• Experience managing complex stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Strong governance and audit background
• Ability to operate confidently at senior executive level.
