Pay Rate:
£25.38 per hour (paid weekly every Friday via PAYE)
Contract Length:
Initially 3 months (earlier start may be considered)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 19:15

About the Role
We are recruiting for a number of Social Worker positions within a newly established team. This team will respond to referrals across a wide service area, providing timely assessments and support where needed.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and flexible service, offering a mix of remote working and field-based visits.
Key Responsibilities
• Complete Care Act assessments
• Develop care and support plans
• Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and associated work
• Respond to referrals and manage allocated cases efficiently
• Carry out visits as required across the service area
• Work to strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality practice
Essential Requirements
• Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
• Strong experience in Care Act assessments and care planning
• Experience completing Mental Capacity Assessments
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Flexible approach to work and travel
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Working Arrangements
• Full-time (job share may be considered)
• Greater level of remote working than typical roles
• Work allocated based on geographical areas
• Candidates must be able to travel to visits when required
