Summary
Perform scrub role in Consultant-led surgeries, focusing on Orthopaedic Surgery. Responsibilities include assisting in surgical procedures, maintaining sterile environment, and ensuring all instruments are ready and accounted for. Collaborate with surgical team to support patient care and safety during operations.
