Summary

Were looking for a Senior Buyer to support the Facilities Management (FM) function and wider procurement activity through effective management of suppliers, contracts, and tenders. Youll help ensure continuity of supply, strong contract governance, and value for money, while proactively identifying costsaving and improvement opportunities. Working closely with the Category & Contracts Manager and key stakeholders, youll play an important role in both daytoday procurement operations and longerterm strategic activity, including Capex support and site mobilisation projects. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, working on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, working from our office in Beaconsfield, 2 days per week. What you will do Ensure continuity of supply across all procurement spend areas, primarily FM Manage daytoday supplier and contract activity, including raising and following up orders Support tendering activity from ITT through to contract award and implementation Assist with Capex requirements and procurement input to new site mobilisations Maintain procurement records, including contracts, KPIs, supplier meetings and variations Monitor supplier performance against contracts, SLAs and KPIs, resolving issues as they arise Conduct spend analysis to identify costsaving, efficiency and consolidation opportunities Track market trends and benchmarks to support pricing and contract decisions Support SRM activity, reporting and supplier relationship development Resolve invoice queries by identifying root causes with suppliers and internal teams Contribute to procurement reporting, dashboards, SOPs and policy development Act as an advocate for the Procurement function across the business About you Youre an experienced and proactive procurement professional with strong ethical values, a high attention to detail and a collaborative approach. Youre comfortable working in a fastpaced environment, managing competing priorities, and building effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Youll bring: Proven capability in procurement or a relevant industry role Strong practical experience in procurement or a related field Experience managing supplier contracts, renewals and tendering activity Strong commercial awareness with proven costsaving and improvement delivery Excellent communication, organisation and timemanagement skills Strong Excel and data analysis capability, including KPIs and reporting Confidence working under pressure and within tight deadlines
