About the role:

Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base.

We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Chester.

Our client is a 15 year old teenage girl who lives at home with her family. Our client has a range of complex health needs including NG tube, catheter care, autism and challenging behaviour.

We are seeking candidates with experience in mental health and challenging behaviour to support the client to transition back into the community, including accessing therapeutic sessions and educational provision.



When you will be working:

  • Full Time Hours available
  • 12 hr days and 12 hr waking nights available
