Join Our Food Production & Preparation Teams – Shellfish & Pork Products

Location: Redditch
Hours: Monday to Friday

Choose between:

• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Preparation)
  
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Production)
  
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Preparation)
  
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Production)
  

  We are looking for reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Food Production & Preparation Teams. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.

  Whether you're an early riser or prefer a later start, we have shifts to suit you! In this role, you'll be preparing, processing, and packaging shellfish and pork products in a fast-paced food production environment.

  Important Information:

  Although you’ll be assigned to one of the above shifts, we need candidates who can work on any day during the week as business needs may vary.

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, process, and package shellfish,pork, beef, chicken products.
    
  • Safely operate production machinery and equipment.
    
  • Maintain hygiene and quality standards.
    
  • Accurately label and package products.
    
  • Handle ingredients and sauces safely and efficiently.
    What We Need:
    • Experience in food production is preferred but not essential.
      
    • Ability to speak and understand English.
      
    • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
      
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
      
    • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
      
    • No piercings, fake lashes, or fake nails while on duty.
      
    • Availability across the week depending on business needs (no guaranteed 5-day work week).
