We currently have a vacancy in our Silloth Panels team for a reliable and hardworking candidate.
New rate of £14.42 per hour with overtime rate after 45 hours!
Progression opportunities for candidates with the right attitude.
Duties include:
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets;
Thoroughly cleaning beds in preparation for the next pour;
Setting up beds accurately to ensure high quality products to customer specifications;
Cleaning aisles and ends of concrete beds to ensure a safe working environment;
Using and maintaining machinery and tools in accordance with training and safe operating procedures to ensure highest standards of safety are maintained at all times;
Being responsible for your own health and safety and that of others at all times.
Requirements:
This is a physically demanding position, therefore candidates should be physically fit;
Strong focus on delivering quality products safely;
A commitment to working as a team to meet daily production targets;
Must have confirmation of reliable transport to our Silloth site;
Must be reactive to feedback and receptive to change;
Forklift experience is advantageous although in house training and certification will be arranged.
Successful candidates will be subject to a three month trial period to assess performance and reliability.
