About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Sous Chef with experience in a commercial kitchen to join their dedicated and supportive team. As a small group, reliability is key, since they depend on one another to ensure smooth operations. They pride themselves on maintaining a fun, friendly work environment where team members work collaboratively and feel valued.
Schedule:
A typical work week includes daytime shifts, structured as follows:
Shifts: 4 or 5 days out of 7 - To suit the new hires needs. Only 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Duties will include standard kitchen responsibilities such as food preparation and cooking to order. During quieter times, like Tuesdays and Wednesdays and some evenings, you may be working independently.
