• Substantial and successful experience of teaching SEND pupils
• Experience of working with teams in planning the delivery of strategic objectives
• Experience of leading people and teams in delivery of high quality teaching and learning
• Experience of training and developing people
• Experience of presenting and reporting orally and in writing to a very high standard
• Experience of using data to identify insights and subsequent actions
