Summary
3 Wise Monkeys (3WM) climbing located in the heart of Fort William is seeking a new CEO to replace our shortly departing CEO who founded the centre 10 years ago but is now looking to move on.
The centre has a strong community ethos with talented and committed staff.
The centre has bouldering , top rope and leading walls and training room alongside a small but respected café. We also have an outdoor offering using our own qualified staff which is increasingly aimed at young people and schools
Fort William – the outdoor capital of the UK at the foot of iconic Ben Nevis offers an unrivalled opportunity for a quality of life and sporting activity whether in the mountains , the water (sea and river) , on foot, by bike or ski. This position thus offers a unique opportunity for a senior position in such a special location
Salary £30,000 for a 30 to 35 hour week according to candidate preference. Prorata salary if less than 35 hours.
