FITNESS & WELLBEING COACH

We’re looking for a passionate Fitness & Wellbeing Coach to join our team supporting members of all ages and abilities on their
health and fitness journeys.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Fitness & Wellbeing Coach, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day success of our Health & Fitness offer. Working closely
with the Duty Managers, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming and motivating environment for our members.
Your role will include:
* Delivering gym inductions, fitness assessments and personalised programmes
* Supporting members to feel confident, motivated and supported in their fitness journey
* Promoting healthy lifestyles and encouraging regular engagement
* Ensuring equipment is safe, well maintained and ready for use
* Supporting the smooth operation of the Health & Fitness Studio
* Upholding health & safety standards and responding calmly in emergency situations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Level 2 Gym Instructor / Fitness Diploma (or equivalent) – essential
* A genuine passion for fitness, health and wellbeing
* Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and encourage others
* A calm, professional approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
* A positive, approachable attitude
Desirable (but not essential):
* First Aid qualification
* Exercise‑to‑music or group exercise qualification
* Additional coaching or wellbeing certifications
