Summary

Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Up to £30,000

We are currently recruiting for passionate and experienced qualified Nursery Practitioners! Join an Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery with dedicated baby, toddler, and preschool rooms - Each space is designed to support development, independence, and school readiness, with regular access to a garden and forest school. You’ll be involved in day-to-day practice, supporting children’s learning and helping maintain a consistent, high-quality environment.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years
  • Experience working in a nursery or similar setting
  • Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
  • Ability to work reliably as part of a team

What You’ll Do

  • Support the day-to-day routine within your room
  • Build positive relationships with children to support development
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with EYFS
  • Observe and record children’s progress accurately
  • Maintain high standards of care, safety, and safeguarding
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate with parents
