Job description:
We are working with a forward thinking College to recruit a Progress Coach. As a Progress Coach, you'll work closely with apprentices studying construction-related courses, helping them stay on track, overcome challenges and develop the skills they need for successful careers in the industry.
You will:
- Provide 1:1 coaching and mentoring to learners
- Monitor attendance, progress, and well being
- Support students in setting and achieving personal and academic goals
- Work collaboratively with tutors and support staff
- Help learners build employ ability skills and confidence
We're looking for someone who:
- Experience working on site and in education
- Is confident building relationships with young people
- Has strong organisational and communication skills

Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Carpentry, Construction or Bricklaying
- Experience working in Education environments
