As a Child Support Worker, you will:
Provide tailored support to children with daily routines, personal care, and activities.
Promote independence, confidence, and emotional well-being.
Support children to engage in education, social, and community activities.
Ensure each child’s safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.
Build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting children in care or similar settings (preferred).
A caring, patient, and reliable approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Training & Requirements
Essential:
Care Certificate
Mandatory Training (including Moving & Handling, Basic Life Support)
Valid UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
Preferred:
Enhanced DBS (Update Service)
Oliver McGowan Training
Access to own vehicle & business insurance (or willingness to obtain)
