Summary
We are looking for:
A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
A natural ability to upsell and inspire others to do the same
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, colleagues, and other departments
Confidence in leading a team, delegating tasks, and maintaining high standards
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends
Quick thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
The confidence and capability to run the venue as Duty Manager when required
