- £16.00 per hour + £25 Night out pay
Shift Times:
- Shift: Starts at 07:00/08:00 Monday- Friday
Location: Bridgwater
About the RoleWe are seeking reliable and professional Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, adhering to all road safety regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities.- Class 1 (C+E) Tramping including general haulage and trunking.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and follow DVSA standards
- Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records
- Communicate with transport planners and depot staff
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience in Class 1 driving (Preferred, not essential)
- Knowledge of UK road networks and tachograph rules
- Positive attitude and focus on safety
- Regular ongoing shifts
- Supportive transport team
- Modern, well-maintained vehicles
