What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Experience in a senior nursery role (e.g. Third In Charge or above)
- Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and compliance
- Confidence supporting teams and contributing to leadership decisions
What You’ll Do
- Support the Nursery Manager with the overall running of the setting
- Oversee room practice to ensure consistent quality and compliance
- Guide and support staff, contributing to a stable and effective team
- Step into leadership responsibilities in the manager’s absence
- Monitor children’s development and ensure records are maintained
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care, and EYFS delivery
