Qualifications
Experience of EVOLUTION or 1st Degree is essential.
Key responsibilities
• Entering orders into company systems and updating records
• Work as part of an administration team
• Acting as a point of contact, via telephone, email or face to face
• Efficiently using IT systems when processing orders.
• Checking documentation is complete and filed correctly
Skills
• Experience of Evolution or 1st Degree is essential
• Recent experience of working as a window processor
• Confident in answering the telephone to customers.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem solver
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Technical understanding of windows and door products
• Confident in communication (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure ensuring deadlines are met
• Competency in IT systems (order processing software, excel, email)
