Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after use.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with organising cleaning schedules and prioritising tasks based on client needs.
Skills
A DBS is required.
Good communication skills in English to understand instructions clearly and interact politely with clients and team members.
Basic driving skills are desirable for travelling between multiple sites or locations.
Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction through professional conduct and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during shifts.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. This position is ideal for individuals who are organised, dependable, and committed to delivering quality service in a part-time capacity.
