Summary
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, District Nursing colleagues, the Marie Curie Coordination Centre, and our wider nursing and healthcare assistant workforce to deliver a proactive, joined up approach to patient care. As a confident and credible leader, you will act as the clinical voice for Marie Curie across local NHS palliative and end of life care networks, helping to shape services, influence strategy and identify future development opportunities. Alongside this, you will take responsibility for clinical governance, incident management and quality improvement, contributing as a senior leader within the North West Place Based Leadership Team and participating in the managerial on call rota. If you are passionate about leading people, developing services and making a real difference to patients and families at the end of life, this role offers the chance to have a meaningful impact at both a regional and strategic level.
