Summary

Title: Senior Programme Infrastructure Officer

Reports to: Senior Learning & Evaluation Manager

Contract type: 12 month fixed term contract

Hours: 5 days per week (37.5 Hours) Worked between Monday- Friday

Salary: Grade 4 - £29,680 - £32,099 (5% employer pension contribution, Medicash and group life assurance, 27 days annual leave per annum for FTE plus bank holidays)

Location: Contractually based from one of our offices in Manchester or Birmingham, with some flexibility to work from home, subject to business requirements and line manager approval. Regular travel to programme areas, as required.

Role Summary

Building on the growth of Right to Succeed, we are looking for a Senior Programme Infrastructure Officer to support our Programme Infrastructure department. Working with multiple colleagues and teams, the successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring that Right to Succeed designs effective, evidence-informed programmes that maximise long-term impact for children and young people in our communities.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expert organisational and people skills who will be the reliable, positive, “go-to” person for our Programme Infrastructure teams, playing a pivotal role in providing support to all aspects of our processes to support programme development and evaluation & learning.
