The Role
We are looking for a reliable and passionate Chef/Cook to join our team. This role involves working across all service periods, so flexibility is essential. Due to the nature of the business, shifts can be split or “spiky” (busy peaks during service times).
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
• Maintaining consistency and presentation standards
• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards are met
• Supporting stock control and minimising waste
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
• Previous experience as a chef or cook in a similar environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work split/spiky shifts, including weekends
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• At least 2 references required
