Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Cleaning Services within Hard FM and Technical Facilities environments.
As a Head of Cleaning, you’ll:- Manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent quality and compliance
- Plan and oversee periodic and deep-cleaning programmes
- Organise team rotas, training, and performance management for a large workforce
- Maintain stock levels, equipment, and cleaning inventories
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, including COSHH regulations
- Build strong client relationships and respond effectively to feedback
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee and manage a team of 70+ cleaning staff
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within cleaning or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of COSHH and health & safety regulations
- Excellent organisational and workload management skills
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Experience managing large teams (25+ staff daily), ideally across multi-site operations
- Background in corporate, industrial, or hospitality environments (desirable)
- A professional, detail-oriented, and approachable leadership style
