Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Cleaning Services within Hard FM and Technical Facilities environments.

As a Head of Cleaning, you’ll:
  • Manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent quality and compliance
  • Plan and oversee periodic and deep-cleaning programmes
  • Organise team rotas, training, and performance management for a large workforce
  • Maintain stock levels, equipment, and cleaning inventories
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, including COSHH regulations
  • Build strong client relationships and respond effectively to feedback
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Oversee and manage a team of 70+ cleaning staff
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within cleaning or facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of COSHH and health & safety regulations
  • Excellent organisational and workload management skills
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Experience managing large teams (25+ staff daily), ideally across multi-site operations
  • Background in corporate, industrial, or hospitality environments (desirable)
  • A professional, detail-oriented, and approachable leadership style
