About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team in the Basingstoke area. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to play a key role in selling high-quality new homes while delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective buyers, providing a professional and informative sales experience
- Guide customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to reservation and completion
- Demonstrate show homes and developments, highlighting features and benefits
- Manage and maintain the sales office and show home presentation to a high standard
- Build strong relationships with customers, estate agents, and solicitors
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate records and reports using internal systems
- Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
About You
- Previous experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or a similar customer-facing sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
