The Role

As a Florist Helper, you will play a key supporting role in the preparation and presentation of floral displays, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the floristry service. Working closely with the Florist, you will contribute to delivering an elegant and high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and assembly of floral arrangements in line with specifications
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked workspace
• Support the team in keeping up to date with floral and interior design trends
• Assist across the department as required and attend team meetings
• Report maintenance issues and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
• Support stock control and inventory management
• Carry out any additional tasks as required by management

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated individual with:

• A passion for floristry and keen eye for detail
• Previous experience in a high-quality service environment (5 star or luxury setting desirable)
• Hands-on experience assisting with floral arrangements (desirable)
• A flexible approach, with the ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment
