Ready to make a real difference in your community? ESS Education and Support Services has secured fresh Big Lottery funding — and we need a passionate, driven Community Champion to help us grow our impact in Langport and across Somerset.
You'll be the visible face of our Community Hub: building relationships, running events, writing funding bids, and amplifying the voices of people who need it most.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading community meetings, workshops, and outreach across Somerset
• Writing compelling grant applications and stewarding funder relationships
• Developing new programmes around wellbeing, digital skills, employability & more
• Managing our social media, newsletters, and brand communications
• Heading up the Community Committee and shaping our future direction
What we're looking for: Proven fundraising or marketing experience, brilliant writing skills, a talent for building relationships, and a genuine passion for community and social justice.
