Production Line Operator – Day Shift
Join our production team at Anglian Home Improvements, where we manufacture high-quality bi-fold doors, doors, and window products. We take pride in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
The Role:
We are currently looking for motivated and skilled Line Operators to join our day shift production team. In this hands-on role, you will operate CNC machines, saws, and crimpers to manufacture and glaze our market-leading products, ensuring they are completed to specification and ready for delivery. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a vital role in meeting both customer expectations and production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently operate CNC machines, saws, and crimpers
• Assemble bi-fold doors, doors, and window products to completion
• Glaze products ready for dispatch
• Ensure correct parts are used at the right time to support excellent customer service
• Embed quality at every stage of the process to minimise waste and improve efficiency
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience operating CNC machinery, saws, or crimpers
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication skills and a strong team-player mindset
• Understanding of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing setting
Shifts:
• Monday to Thursday 6am to 3:15pm and Friday 6am to 13.30pm.
