Summary

As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for the children in our care. Your leadership will ensure that the home meets high regulatory standards, provides trauma‑informed and child‑centred practice, and sustains a positive culture where children can thrive.

You will be supported by a strong management structure, including a Service Lead and Clinical Team, who will work collaboratively with you to ensure high‑quality, relational care across the service.

This permanent role offers you the opportunity not only to lead within Robin House during the maternity period, but also to continue your leadership journey as you move to manage another children’s home within Lincolnshire thereafter.

Robin House is a therapeutic children’s home for children aged 6–15. The team work closely with Clinical Psychologists and Complex Needs Link Workers to offer a warm, homely environment built on:

Trauma‑informed practice
Social pedagogy
Attachment‑aware care
Child‑centred therapeutic support
