Summary
Based from our Stockport office.
This role involves;
• Responding to Intruder, Fire and CCTV activations/alarms
• Liaising with customers, clients and alarm receiving centres over the telephone
• Conducting scheduled and ad hoc patrols of certain sites
• Completing incident reports in writing
• Must be able to work as part of a team, answer the telephone in a professional manner
• Cover for sickness and holidays will be required but on a fair and reasonable basis
• Use of smart phones and various applications will be required
Training will be provided, together with on-going relevant training; however experience in this type of role would be advantageous
*ALL APPLICANTS MUST HOLD A VALID SIA LICENCE IN SG/ DS OR KEYHOLDING OR HAVE BOOKED FOR TRAINING FOR A LICENSE.
*A MINIMUM THREE YEARS DRIVING EXPERIENCE/FULL CLEAN LICENCE IS ALSO REQUIRED
The Team work on a 40+ hours per week rolling roster covering nights, days and weekends on a shift pattern that allows a healthy work life balance, with the option to pick up additional hours for relief and holiday cover. The candidate must be able to work nights, days and weekends.
