Summary
Industrial Cleaner
7 Steel UK – Cardiff
Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
£26,275
As an Industrial Cleaner, you will be performing heavy cleaning duties to ensure our production areas, machinery and workspaces remain clean, safe, and compliant with the required industrial standards.
You’ll be working as part of a team in a challenging but rewarding heavy industry environment. Safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential to this role. Ideally, you’ll come from a manual labour background but what’s most important to us is that you have a willingness to learn.
Although our finished product is steel we are actually a recycling company, the 2nd largest in Europe. The steel that we produce goes into projects such as Wembley Stadium, HS2, The Shard, Hinkley Point Power Station and Heathrow Terminal 2.
“You’ll be joining a recycling company – we recycle scrap metal into new steel products. We’re the largest producer of reinforcing steel in the UK and one of the largest metal recyclers, too. We’re passionate about the circular economy and working towards our decarbonisation pathway.”
This role requires a Standard UK Driving License
