HOME MANAGER - PERM 37HR CONTRACTandnbsp;



Weandrsquo;re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and experienced Home Manager to lead one of our supported living/residential services for adults with learning disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about person-centred care, committed to empowering individuals to live meaningful, independent lives, and confident in leading a dedicated staff team.



As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety and wellbeing for the people we support. Youandrsquo;ll create a positive, inclusive environment where residents can thrive and where staff feel valued, supported, and motivated.



Key Responsibilities

Provide strong and visible leadership to the team, modelling best practice at all times.

Ensure the service meets all regulatory, contractual and organisational standards.

Develop individualised support plans that promote independence, choice and dignity.

Build effective relationships with residents, their families, and partner agencies.

Manage budgets, staffing rotas, recruitment and performance.

Drive continuous improvement and implement quality assurance processes.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures.andnbsp;



Weandrsquo;re seeking someone who is:

An experienced leader within social care, ideally in learning disability or supported living settings.

Passionate about person-centred care and promoting independence.

Skilled in building positive, collaborative team cultures.

Demonstrates knowledgeable / awareness about CQC requirements and best practice in adult social care.

Organised, confident and able to manage competing priorities.

A strong communicator, approachable and solution-focused.
