As Tenancy Sustainment Officer at mhs Homes, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management and resolution of
anti-social behaviour, Hate Crime and safeguarding incidents within our communities; along with management of complex tenancy
sustainability cases such as Hoarding and domestic abuse.




The core focus of the team is on preventing tenancy breakdown, working on a case management basis, with a strong focus on
prevention and resolution of serious and complex ASB and neighbourhood issues. Working with statutory partners and community
organisations you will deliver positive outcomes in line with the relevant policy, legislation, regulation and best practice.




The Tenancy Sustainment Offer requires a proactive and flexible approach to address challenging cases, focused on supporting
customers to resolve tenancy breaches which often need a nuanced, multi agency approach; whilst contributing to the broader goal
of creating safer and more harmonious communities.
