Summary
ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Slough and Maidenhead
SALARY: 28.5k basic, 45k OTE + Car + Benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 9.00 – 6.00 with a day off. Saturday 9.00 – 5.00. NO SUNDAYS!
We are only interested in attracting the very best with an outstanding and established track record in car sales – someone who is looking for a change in employer, someone reliable and totally committed to success through the delivery of an outstanding retail sales experience that embraces the very best in customer relationships whilst embracing everything digital.
Duties:
• Provide a tailored experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agenda
• Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions
• Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting cars and services that Hyundai offers
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers
• Schedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing process
Car Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive / Sales Executive profile :
• Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership
• Demonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
