Summary
Receptionist/Administration assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Scaffold Training Centre, Exhall, Coventry
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 14:00 (early start is essential)
We are looking for a reliable Receptionist to join our busy scaffold training centre.
This role is ideally suited to someone seeking part-time work and who enjoys working in a structured, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greeting visitors and providing a welcoming first point of contact
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
Managing emails and general correspondence via Outlook
Performing basic administrative duties, including data entry and record keeping
Taking payments, sending invoices, collecting evidence from learners and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the training centre
Requirements: Ability to start work at 07:30 (this is essential)
Basic administration experience, attention to detail Confident using a PC, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional and friendly manner Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience in a similar reception or training environment
Customer service experience
