Role Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Female Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our growing team in Cardiff. You will support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
Supporting with medication (where trained)
Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if required
Light housekeeping duties
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting with shopping and attending appointments
Maintaining accurate care records
Requirements:
Female applicants only (due to the nature of the role and service user needs)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required)
A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
