What You’ll Need:
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential
• A valid UK Driving Licence – essential
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience supporting children/teens with complex needs
• A resilient, empathetic and trauma-informed approach
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and sleep-ins
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Building positive and trusting relationships with the young people in our care
• Supporting their emotional growth, education, and independence
• Creating and maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive home environment
• Implementing personalised care and therapeutic routines
• Managing incidents calmly and professionally using your training and support
