Duties:
- Carry out high-quality panel repairs on damaged vehicles
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods as a Panel Beater
- Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels efficiently
- Realign chassis and bodywork to manufacturer standards
- utilise welding and panel beating techniques as required
- Work effectively to meet deadlines and maximise bonus earning potential
- Maintain a clean, organised workshop environment
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Body/Vehicle Repair (essential)
- Proven previous experience as a Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
- Strong knowledge of repair techniques and vehicle body alignment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Motivated to work efficiently and maximise bonus opportunities
- Hold a full UK driving licence
