Duties:

- Effectively sell new and used vehicles, accessories, finance packages, warranties, and related products as a New/Used Car Sales Executive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding delivery progress and advise on any delays.
- Address and resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collect payments and ensure all necessary documentation are completed prior to vehicle handover.
- Explain warranty and service arrangements, introducing customers to the Service Department where appropriate.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, providing comprehensive product knowledge and support.
- Build lasting customer relationships as a New/Used Car Sales Executive to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to achieve dealership goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in car sales, preferably within a franchise dealership environment, specifically.
- Alternatively, strong transferable sales experience from other sectors will be considered for the role of Car Sales Executive.
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Results-oriented with a genuine desire to succeed and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek sales opportunities.
- Professional attitude, brand-focused, and committed to delivering excellent service as a Car Sales Executive.
- Motivated with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
