Support Worker – Rotherham
Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our supportive and welcoming team in Rotherham.
As a Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities. You’ll be supporting a diverse group of individuals, each with their own strengths, abilities, and support needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional encouragement and reassurance, you’ll play a vital role in helping people live happy, fulfilling lives.

What we’re looking for:

- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays
- A positive, patient, and empathetic approach towards individuals with learning disabilities


Contract details:

- 4 x Part-time Support Worker roles
- 25-hour contracts


Shift times:
Our services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance, so you can plan your personal and social life with confidence.
You must be flexible to work across mornings, evenings, sleep-ins, and weekends.
