Join a growing care provider dedicated to delivering exceptional dementia and elderly care within a 50 bed residential home in Bury St Edmunds.
About the Role
As the Registered Home Manager, you’ll take the lead in ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for residents. You’ll oversee the day-to-day management of the home, support and develop your team, and ensure full CQC compliance.
You’ll be supported by an experienced Regional Manager and a wider care group that values professional development and person-centred care.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, compassionate leader with:
A recognised management qualification
A strong background in elderly and dementia care
CQC registration experience within a care setting
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A passion for driving quality care and positive outcomes
