Meadowcroft Community Primary School is currently in an exciting phase as it continues to transition from infant to primary and saw its first Year 3 Class start in September 2024.
We are a small, friendly school where we provide a caring, secure and stimulating environment for our children. We would welcome candidates who share our enthusiasm and are interested in being a proactive part of the school’s growth and strategic vision as it changes from infant to all through primary.
We are looking for suitable candidates to join our team of Curriculum Support Staff to work with named children with special educational needs as well as working amongst the whole class.
You will work closely with and be supported by class teachers, to provide learning and/or emotional support for pupils with needs such as language and communication; social and emotional or physical and sensory needs. You will be involved in one to one and paired or small group work, both in and out of the classroom setting. This will also include break and lunchtime supervision.
The successful candidate will be; calm, flexible and patient. They should be able to successfully work as part of a team, and follow advice from outside agencies working in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCo.
